Shop stylish dancewear from leading American supplier Danzia, Danzia gathers together over fifty brands all specializing in professional high quality dance and sports gear. The company offers dance apparel featuring dance and ballet shoes, dance clothing, recital costumes, dance tights, cheerleader uniforms and activewear.
We ship orders from two warehouses. The main warehouse is located in Milpitas, California. The other one is in the east coast. Multiple locations allow us to ship orders from a warehouse near our customers and thus customers can receive orders quickly.
If you place your order by 2PM PST Monday through Friday, most orders are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST Monday through Friday, will be processed the next business day. We apologize that we are unable to ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
You will a receive tracking number through email after your order is shipped. If for any reason we can not ship your order right away, we will contact you by email or phone to communicate the estimated shipping date with you.
Currently, we provide these four shipping options to domestic customers:
Economy shipping: The Economy Shipping is on us. Your order will be shipped by USPS First Class Package or UPS Ground. This shipping option takes 3-7 business days to deliver depending on your distance from California.
Premium shipping: If you choose Premium shipping, we ship your order by USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select. This shipping option takes 3-4 business days to deliver depending on your distance from California.
Express shipping: This shipping option is for rush order. We ship your order by USPS Priority 2-Day Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air if you choose Express shipping. It takes 2 business days to deliver. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday. USPS delivers on Saturday but it is not guaranteed.
Overnight shipping: This shipping option is for extreme rush order. We ship your order by UPS Next Day Air if you choose Overnight shipping. It delivers on the next business day. Please note that Overnight shipping does not deliver on Saturday. Orders shipped on Fridays will arrive on Monday.
We provide these three shipping options to international customers:
Global Economy: This is the most economical shipping option to you. We ship by UPS or regular Postal Service. This shipping option takes 7-20 business days to deliver depending on your country.
Global Premium: If you choose Global Premium, we ship your order by UPS Standard or USPS Priority Mail. This shipping option takes 5-10 business days to deliver.
Global Expedited: This shipping option is for rush order. We ship your order by UPS Expedited or USPS Express. It takes 3-5 business days to deliver.
*Any international custom charges are to be covered by the customer.

Free Return Policy
Items purchased from Danzia are eligible for a full refund if returned in its original package within 30 days of purchase.
For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
Any discounted items that may be marked Final Sale, in which case they are not eligible for returns, exchange, or store credit.
All undergarments are final sale.
Returns must be unworn, free from stains and odor. Tags must be attached to the original items for a full refund.
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
Customers will pay the postage if they request to send unrefundable or unexchangeable returns back to them.
How To Send In Your Return
You will print out a PREPAID return mailing label on Danzia Return Center or from the return label link included in the email from Danzia.
To ship an item back to Danzia please:
Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. Mail your package using one of the following methods: If the PREPAID return mailing label is by UPS, drop your package at a UPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). If the PREPAID return mailing label is by Postal Service (USPS), drop your package at a local postal office (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Or leave your package in your mailbox (if it fits) for the mailman to pickup.
Once we receive the item we will refund your money back to you in the card you paid with within two business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email if you provided us with an email address on the order. The refund transaction may take 2-3 business days to appear on your card, but the actual time will depend on your bank or credit card company.
We encourage our customers to replace a new order if you want to exchange for items. You will receive new items faster by placing a new order comparing to return and exchange.
If you return more than 1/3 of your purchased items in a 6 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
