There are no finished products on idakoos.com, which is why each product ordered by the customer is unique and made specially for him/her. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) from our warehouse in Florida. Your order will be shipped with a Delivery Confirmation number within 10 business days of placing it. You can see the status of your shipped order online at the USPS website. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the shipping address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send your packages via UPS or FedEx, even if you want to use your own account.
International orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Florida, but we are looking into shipping them from Europe. Local handling time before shipping is roughly 10 business days. Please remember that International orders can run late due to customs delays. Customers should also inform themselves if their order may be subject to additional fees or duties from customs. Contact your local Customs Office for more Information. Idakoos is not responsible for any incurred fees and is not liable for packages confiscated by customs. Should the customer refuse the shipment and those extra costs fall on Idakoos, the customer will not be refunded.
We do ship to Military addresses. Please ensure that your address is complete and contact our Customer Service Department after placing your order to ensure it will be sent via Priority Mail – otherwise you might not see your order for a long time.
We ship to all U.S. Territories. Please note that shipping to certain territories can take longer than average.
