All orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to ship out. If an item is back ordered or out of stock it may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. We cannot update your order once your order has been placed.

Next Business Day: For next business day shipping, your order should arrive in approximately 1 to 2 business days after shipping if places by 1pm EST.

2nd Business Day: For 2nd business day shipping, your order should arrive in approximately 2-3 business days after shipping if placed by 1pm EST.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Items are shipped via USPS. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Typically international orders take 1-2 weeks to arrive after they depart our warehouse, but can take up to 4-6 weeks due to customs. This is out of our control. We hope your package arrives as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO REFUND YOU THE ITEM(S) TOTAL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE, OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 15- 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE. DUE TO HYGIENE, EARRINGS ARE FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURN AND PROCESS IT AS REQUESTED, A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER. Do you offer Price Adjustments if the item I bought went on sale?
We offer in store credit price adjustments with in 7 days of purchase. Please email customer service with your first and last name and/or order number and they will issue an in store credit for the difference in price.
