Shipping time: Before we can ship your order, Maykool has to verify order info, prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The processing time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the shipping time. Thank you for understanding!

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) can be delivered by USPS, but the express shipping method will be slower than other shipping address. For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. The shipping time is an estimated time. Why is it an estimated time?
Because there are many reasons which can't be controlled, now we list two main reasons which may happen:
1. It is delayed by the weather.
2. It is delayed by the Customs and waiting to clear the Customs.
The shipping time doesn't start from the date which you placed order , because there is a processing time to every order.
What will it affect the processing time?
1. Different product: shoes processing time will be longer than clothing, because it will spend more time to produce.
2. Pre-sale product: it is pre-sale, will be in stock later, so it will spend some time to wait it.
3. Order Info: Billing address or shipping address can't be matched by our system, our audit department may send a verify email to you, only get your reply, your order will be processed.
4. Holiday: Express company's holiday, our country's holiday.
4. Customs Duty
Do you charge customs duty on any countries?
The buyer could be required by law to pay customs duty for orders shipped to you. The appropriate charges could be required when the customer receives the parcel. Although Maykool.com is always trying to minimize the amount of customs duty, it still highly depends on receiver's government customs policy.
Normally your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working days by email after we confirmed your order info.
Attention: If you choose the free shipping option, your parcel would be directly delivered to your local post office. We will inform you immediately once it arrived. Please take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items.
1. Request for return must be filed within 30 days based on the original delivered date(it can be checked by online tracking website) of your package. Any quality issues should be proved with photograph documents and problem description. For customer service contact, you will be directed to "Contact Us" for further assistance.
2. Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc)is not returnable.
3. Tailor made items, Clearance products and Intimates (Swimsuits, Bustiers & Corsets, Leggings Socks & Tights, Lingerie, etc due to health restrictions) are not returnable.
4. We suggest you sending back the package to us as soon as possible. Also, the returned package should be postmarked within 30 days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information for us to track your returned package.
5. After receiving the returned package, our RMA department will process the RMA as well as inspect the returned items. For a refund RMA, the refund funds will be posted to you, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank to make it available. The processing time is vary and according to your bank’s policy.
6. Maykool reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.
7. Original shipping charges are non refundable. If you used free shipping discount, we will calculate the shipping fee and charge it from your return item(s). We will only refund full amount for the cost of the item(s).
8. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
How long you are going to refund to me?
Maykool may offer you RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for package return. Then it may take 4-5 business days after we receive your return.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-6 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 15 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How can I return a faulty item(Not as Described or Defective)?
Before returning faulty goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having with the merchandise received. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem instead of asking customers to make returns.
If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them under our 7 Days Return warranty.
You may follow the following steps to return the merchandise to Maykool.
1. As long as we confirmed the product defects, our customer service representative will offer you a number for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and with authorized address for return.
2. The pertinent information will be filled in the table for package return from our customer service representative. We shall attach to the feedback email for your easy download.
3. Please print the table and enclose to the returning package. Please also note to scan the table down and submitted along with the returning tracking information to our customer service via "Contact Us"
4. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, and place it in a shipping box.
