Delivery charges are based on the total value of your order. When your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. We currently offer two shipping options within the United States. You may choose Standard Ground or Expedited Service. If you choose Standard Ground, most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 5 to 7 business days. Need it faster? Expedited will deliver your order within 3 business days after we have filled your order. Please be aware that many items must be transferred from one of the Ron Herman retail locations, which may cause a delay of up to four business days. IMPORTANT NOTE: We require a signature for all packages. You have the option to waive the signature under the special instructions section. However, if you choose to waive the signature, Ron Herman will no longer be responsible for any lost, stolen, ,misplaced, or damaged packages. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Find the UPS tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS's web site.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Expedited orders placed after 12 noon EST are processed the following business day.
  • Expedited delivery only occurs on business days Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

Also, you will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first confirms that your order has been received your order confirmation number will be included; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been shipped any tracking information will be included; this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours after your package is shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

The following items may not be returned: sale items, jewelry, handbags, scarves, hats, bathing suits, undergarments, shoes or home accessories.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Ron Herman. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, excluding the items listed above, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges.

Products may be returned within 10 days of receipt of the items. All items must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. Laundered items will not be accepted. Each package requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA. After request has been submitted and the RMA number has been received, please send the package back to the following address with the provided RMA number clearly present on the outside of the package:

*All packages received by Ron Herman without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL/ANY MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK TO RON HERMAN; therefore, we recommend that all customers returning items or sending any merchandise back to Ron Herman receive a tracking number from the customer preferred shipping carrier for the returned merchandise AND insure all returned merchandise at it's listed retail price on the Ron Herman website.


You can expect a refund within 20 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.


The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Here are the basic steps:

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Visit our Returns Tool to request a Return Merchandise Authorization # RMA.
  • Enter your Order Number and Email Address in the fields provided
  • Click the "Request Return" button located in the bottom left corner
  • Click the Return Items button next to the item you need to return. Only items that are eligible for return will have an active link to click.
  • When you have finished selecting the items you wish you return click the "Process Return" button located in the bottom right corner
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Insure package for proper protection.
  • Send the package back to Returns 8100 Melrose Ave Los Angeles CA 90046 with the RA# Printed on the Outside of the box

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground for your return.
