All Yizzam items are made from the highest quality knitted polyester. This fabric is more durable than cotton and features exceptional softness. It is also lightweight, bright and fade resistant.
So what makes Yizzam wear so unique and different? First of all it is their digital textile printing process. Unlike conventional screen printing, digital printing wastes very little water, ink, fabric or electricity. Yizzam prints using only eco-friendly, water based dye inks. Yizzam doesn’t use any additional chemicals or harsh treatments in the manufacturing process. All items are 100% USA made.

All products are made with the best materials using our special digital printing, and most are produced within 24 hours. We aim to ship your order out the door within 1-2 business days! (Remember, most of these are made to your order custom products!).

Yizzam offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.

Your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity, and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship in different packages to ensure undamaged and on-time arrival. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

Yizzam.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, delivery to Hawaii, delivery to Alaska, and design or media issues, may all delay delivery.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Yizzam for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of defective or damaged items, it is necessary to obtain approval and confirmation from one of our representatives for the reimbursement of shipping or return shipping costs. Reimbursement is typically credited on the first Thursday after our reception of the returned merchandise.

Under no circumstance does Yizzam reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer without the approval of a Yizzam representative first. All correspondence in relation to damaged or defective items must be done prior to shipment of the return by the customer.
