  • Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly submit a ticket for help.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
  • Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
  • Zaful ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.

The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch. All shipments from China are Delivery Duty Unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Zaful cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

30 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center.

How to Reach Us

Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

Our Solutions:
1. Zaful's Responsibility:
  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
  • Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only if Zaful is responsibility for shipping the wrong item/ size.
2.Customer's responsibility
  • If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
  • In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

Zaful temporary policy: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Customers will receive an unconditional item resend or refund for any orders under $50.
For USA customers, we also provide prepaid shipping labels for returns via our ticket system.
All return shipping fees are at the customers own expense. For USA customers, the prepaid label fee will be deducted from the final refund.
Additional notes about Warranty

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items, or discounted items. unless a customer received the wrong item or the item was faulty.
